Job Title: Remote Real Estate Business Development Associate (100% Work From Home)

Salary: $1,300 USD/month + performance based bonuses
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time
Job Overview:
Our client acquires and operates small-bay industrial properties throughout Florida. They specialize in identifying high-potential assets and maximizing value through strategic leasing and proactive tenant outreach.
They maintain a large, proprietary database of industrial properties and tenants across Florida and are seeking a highly organized, systems-oriented professional to help them expand and leverage this data.
We are looking for a self-starter who thrives on organization, data accuracy, and proactive communication. This role combines database management, market research, competitive analysis, and tenant outreach.
You will play a critical role in helping us identify acquisition targets and drive leasing activity.
Responsibilities
Database Management & Research
• Analyze our industrial property database to identify assets that meet specific physical criteria
• Overlay and verify ownership data
• Maintain clean, structured, and accurate datasets
• Identify data gaps and proactively improve system organization
Competitive & Tenant Research
• Use our property database to identify nearby competing buildings
• Research and extract tenant information from competitor properties
• Organize tenant data in a structured, actionable format
Tenant & Prospect Outreach
• Conduct professional outreach (email and phone) to prospective tenants
• Introduce available properties and generate leasing interest
• Track communications and maintain CRM accuracy
• Follow up consistently and manage outreach pipelines
