We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Proposal Quality Analyst to join our team at Aetna, a leading healthcare company. As a Proposal Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in creating and executing key correspondence programs, driving business communication processes, and measuring the effectiveness of our communication plans.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business communication strategies to support business objectives
- Create and convey communication plans and messages to project teams and stakeholders
- Analyze project management tools, data, and stakeholder feedback to drive improvement
- Oversee activities, projects, or cycles for the Business Communications area
- Mentor and train junior associates in procedures, processes, and responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient in business acumen, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Strong execution and delivery skills, with the ability to plan, deliver, and support projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
