The Project Coordinator supports the project management department by handling administrative aspects of projects and working closely with the assembly team to ensure efficient project preparation and execution.
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager with project planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Assist in project preparation and execution, including material follow-up in SAP and PO creation
- Manage country-specific work documents, such as certificates and permits
- Support the Project Director in optimizing project management tools and administrative processes
- Assist the Assembly Team Coordinator with RFQs, supplier contract management, and timely payments
- Create purchase orders for assembly contractors and specialized equipment
- Plan and control administrative requirements for project preparation and assembly teams
- Support the deployment and usage of project tools like Smartsheet and Fieldwire
- Propose improvements for project management administrative tasks to enhance efficiency
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Willingness and ability to work with specialized tools like Fieldwire
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English
- Basic knowledge of MS Project Planner
