As a Project Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting homeowners with their projects, collaborating with team members, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure high-quality support. Responsibilities - Handle outbound and inbound calls from customers professionally and courteously - Field calls to and from homeowners to offer assistance with their home projects and provide relevant information and support - Engage homeowners in discussions about available services and solutions tailored to their needs - Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with team members and leadership to share knowledge and best practices - Actively participate in team Learning and Development activities to foster both team collaboration but also personal growth - Support team goals and initiatives to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction - Adhere to performance metrics such as conversion rate, customer satisfaction ratings, and accuracy - Seek feedback from leadership and utilize it to improve individual performance and customer interactions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using designated systems Skills - 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and effectively resolve issues - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service - Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes - Proficiency in using G Suite tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar - Commitment to upholding company values and delivering exceptional customer experiences - Familiarity with call center systems and software preferred Benefits - 5% Annual Bonus - Company equity program - Full medical, dental, vision package to fit your needs - Generous paid time-off (PTO) including personal, vacation and volunteer time + paid holidays, including an employee-choice flexible holiday - Pet discount plans & retirement plan with company match (401K) - Technical equipment (i.e. laptop) provided Company Overview - Angi is a technology-based tool that helps homeowners find home improvement and property renovation professionals.
