Responsibilities
• Identifying and sourcing new leads
• Quoting and winning new business to achieve agreed annual targets
• Developing relationships with customers, on boarding, and working with Operations team to ensure successful service within agreed SOPs, meeting customers expectations
• Working collaboratively with Operational and Product teams
• Updating and ensuring all relevant information is captured within CRM/ Sales Management System
Skills
• Experience in international freight forwarding sales or logistics sales
• Proven track record of identifying and sourcing new leads
• Ability to quote and win new business to achieve agreed annual targets
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers
• Experience in onboarding customers and working with Operations teams
• Ability to ensure successful service within agreed SOPs
• Experience in updating and ensuring all relevant information is captured within CRM/Sales Management System
