As a Home Buying Concierge, you will support borrowers in their homebuying journey by alleviating moving logistics and collaborating with various teams and service providers.
Responsibilities
- Building connections with borrowers (mostly by phone, voicemail, or text) to educate and assist them with the moving process—overall, taking stress off their plate and getting them excited about the homebuying journey!
- Partnering with teams across the company and external providers to get borrowers the products and services they need
- Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture
