The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for creating sales opportunities through outbound conversations and qualifying prospects to support the Customer Engagement Solutions team.
Responsibilities
- Proactively initiate outbound conversations with small businesses to create new sales opportunities
- Qualify prospects through direct, structured discovery conversations and sound judgment
- Manage a high volume of outbound activity while maintaining momentum and quality
- Take ownership of follow-up, next steps, and clean handoffs to Account Executives
- Adapt your messaging and approach when standard tactics stop working
- Operate effectively in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment
