[Remote] Data Entry Operator – PT/FT – Day & Night Shift

They are currently looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join one of their clients' teams. Responsibilities • Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents • Apply data program techniques and procedures • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations • Scan documents and print files, when needed • Keep information confidential in accordance with our security policies • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files • Comply with data integrity and security policies • Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions Skills • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus • Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar position • Fast typing skills with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms • Basic understanding of databases • Good command of English, both oral and written • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.) • Strong internet connection and a personal computer • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong organizational and time management skills • Experience with data entry software and familiarity with administrative duties Company Overview • TechBiz Global: IT recruitment, outstaffing, outsourcing, software development, consulting.
