CERIS, a division of CorVel Corporation, is seeking a Data Capture CERIS Operations Supervisor responsible for managing daily production for the department. The role involves overseeing employee operations, maintaining service quality, and handling human resources matters.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for directing a designated group of employees in their day-to-day operations
- Accountable for maintaining highest quality of service
- Handle human resources matters directly related to employees supervised
- Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping sensitive information confidential
- May be required to travel overnight to attend meetings
- May perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews of various reports, invoices, logs and expenses
- Approve Electronic time cards for employees
- Assist Manager in establishing employee schedules
- Oversee quality control and tracking or error rates
- Maintaining HIPAA compliance in all aspects of communications
- Track all protocol changes made by clients and communicating those changes with the team
- Perform timely and accurate employee evaluations
- Assist manager in the hiring process, help conduct interviews
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year office experience
- Minimum 1 year as closing analyst
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas across multiple platforms
- Ability to remain poised in demanding situations and communicate diplomatically
- Ability to skillfully manage multiple, complex projects and competing priorities while working under pressure to meet deadlines and maintaining strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently, while remaining available to others
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office including Excel spreadsheets
- Must have technical knowledge of applicable laws, policies, and procedures in defined territory
- Strong interpersonal, time management and analytical skills
- Great attention to detail and focus on results
- Previous supervisory experience
