As a key member of our London Heathrow customer services team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless operations. Job Summary:
- Provide consistently excellent customer service across all contact points
- Perform various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing (ATAC)
- Collaborate closely with the team leader and follow instructions to ensure smooth daily operations
- Conduct administrative tasks, such as ATAC, pre-flight, and post-flight departure duties
- Represent American Airlines by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach
- Promote and sell American Airlines services and products to customers
- Attend and complete all required training within given timeframes
- Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times
Requirements for Success:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to resolve conflicts professionally within time constraints
- Strong customer focus and experience with face-to-face customer interactions
- Ability to work effectively in a stress environment with minimal supervision
- Well-groomed appearance and ability to represent the company at all times
- Willingness to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays
- Reliability, punctuality, and compliance with all American Airlines policies and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid BAA airside pass and GSAT training (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid DVLA driving license (or willingness to apply for a BAA driving license)
