Schneider Electric is a global leader in energy management and automation, and they are seeking a Customer First Agreement Administrator. This role is critical in supporting the financial health and execution of Customer First Agreements, ensuring accurate project setup and financial tracking while collaborating with various teams for operational consistency and customer support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain fiscal accuracy for all CFA projects, ensuring alignment with forecasts and identifying risks, variances, or trends early
- Manage end-to-end CFA project lifecycle, including project planning, release, financial tracking, and timely closure
- Attend and prepare for monthly CFA review meetings with stakeholders
- Ensure Flex Funds (Service, Material, Training) are tracked accurately and remain aligned with CFSS records
- Monitor all CFA-related orders (entitlements, Flex funds, third-party support) and ensure CFSSs are carbon copied on all critical transactions
- Support accurate and timely processing of CFA Addendums and fund transfers based on FSM approval
- Ensure 100% accuracy of Usage Reports with zero discrepancies
- Collaborate verbally with CFSSs to validate usage data and reconcile differences
- Maintain strict adherence to financial and reporting controls within Schneider Electric standards
- Build strong, trust-based partnerships with CFSS, FSM, and cross-functional Field Service teams
- Serve as a consistent, transparent communicator who ensures closed-loop follow-up on all CFA financial and administrative items
- Socialize and reinforce CFA processes across the Field Service organization
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in service operations, financial coordination, project administration, or related field
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with a focus on accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Excel, SAP, Salesforce, and/or Schneider Electric internal tools (or willingness to learn)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
