We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Remote Customer Experience Specialist - Dispatcher to join our team at Workwarp, a leading provider of indoor heating and air conditioning solutions. As a key member of our Residential Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support.
In this dynamic role, you will handle inbound phone calls, schedule service and maintenance appointments, maintain our customer database, and perform daily outbound calls. You will also be responsible for routing technicians based on location and fostering a positive team atmosphere within the dispatch team.
