The Client Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing administrative tasks for the client service team, coordinating expert engagements, and tracking project progress to ensure timely and accurate research consultations.
Responsibilities
- Schedule bulk telephone consultations for client service teams
- Manage and respond to multiple client organization requests promptly
- Coordinate with advisors and clients to confirm and finalize consultations
- Follow up with advisors to expedite scheduling and maintain project momentum
- Maintain an updated status of all client telephone consultations in internal systems
- Qualify advisors through targeted questionnaires to ensure suitability for specific projects
- Support project managers by tracking client requests and overall project progress
- Assist with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a high call volume or fast-paced administrative environment
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills
- Ability to develop and maintain efficient organizational systems
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team
- High sense of urgency and responsiveness to client and advisor needs
- Valid work authorization to work in the United States
