[Remote] Azure Integration Architect (Logic Apps + BizTalk)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CereCore is seeking an Azure Integration Architect with strong experience in Azure Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and BizTalk Server to design and support mission-critical healthcare integrations. The role involves developing self-service tools for application and business areas to manage integration flows effectively. Responsibilities • Developing schemas, map, orchestrations, pipelines, custom pipeline components • Implementing and configuring various out-of-the-box BizTalk adapters, MLLP, FTP • SQL Server experience (T-SQL, stored procedures, views),.NET development with C# development • Azure Logic Apps experience • Proper Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Programming with C# and/or Java, particularly for browser-based desktop and mobile platforms • Best practices of Software Architecture and Domain Modeling for implementation of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) • Enterprise Application development, integration, and delivery with distributed Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) architecture • Experience with Rules processing engines or algorithms • Agile/Scrum software development methodology and related tools such as continuous integration, release management, and work tracking • Working knowledge of Azure ADO pipelines and GitHub • Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.” Skills • 5–10+ years in integration development • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps (Consumption/Standard), API Management (APIM), Service Bus (Queues, Topics), Azure Functions (C# preferred) • 2–5+ years with BizTalk Server (maps, pipelines, orchestrations, adapters) • Experience in healthcare data workflows - HL7 v2.x, FHIR R4, CCD/C-CDA and HIPAA EDI (837, 835, 270/271) • Strong experience with JSON/XML, XSLT, schemas, and transformations • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, YAML, and automation • Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling, access governance, and auditing requirements • Strong troubleshooting skills across hybrid (on-prem + cloud) systems Company Overview • CereCore has implemented EHR systems in more than 300 facilities and offers staffing and remote support services for major EHR acute.
