Total Event Services is an event planning company specializing in tournament housing. Established in 2009, we've grown thanks to loyal customers and their referrals. We are currently hiring for two entry-level positions with potential for growth.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service
Handle inbound phone calls and make reservations
Work with teams and hotels on room blocks
Able to multitask while handling inbound calls
Assist Account Managers with various tasks
Qualifications:
Experience in hotel sales or reservations a plus
Strong multitasking skills with a professional and positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OneNote
Friendly and outgoing personality
Comfortable using a laptop
