The Registered Nurse at Village Caregiving plays a key leadership role in overseeing the operational and clinical responsibilities of our caregiving services and helps ensure a high quality of care for all patients. This role is perfect for a nurse who thrives in an environment of autonomy and has a business mindset. This is not bedside nursing. This role is semi-remote.

Responsibilities:
• Clinical and compliance oversight of caregiving operations
• Lead and manage caregiving staff
• Report to Executive Director
• Collaborate with other departments
Requirements:
• Active RN license in the states of Michigan and Wisconsin
• Previous leadership experience in nursing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to do home visits through Northeast WI and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (in a Village Caregiving vehicle)
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
