Sr. AV/VC Operations Lead – US Region

We’re hiring a hands-on AV/VC Operations Lead to keep collaboration spaces across the US & LATAM running seamlessly. You’ll lead a small team, stay close to the tech, and act as the trusted point of contact for operations, performance, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a small, distributed team (US & LATAM)
Stay hands-on with installs, configs, and troubleshooting
Own day-to-day AV/VC operations and service delivery
Manage incidents, vendors, and escalations
Run customer “state of environment” calls & reports
Drive uptime, performance, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
5+ years AV/VC experience in enterprise environments
Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams Rooms (Windows + Android)
Leadership or team lead experience
Confident troubleshooting across AV, control systems & networks
AVIXA certification (CTS, CTS-I or equivalent)
Experience with tools like ServiceNow or similar
Experience in AV Operations Lead or AV/VC Operations Manager roles
Spanish/Portuguese Communications skills are a bonus!
