In this role you will contribute to Korn Ferry's growth and profitability goals by delivering best-in-class support services to our clients and colleagues. The QA Consultant will work cross functionally with the client and Korn Ferry RPO team leaders and recruiters to monitor and ensure delivery standards are maintained. Your experience working in various North American labor markets within a pre-defined recruitment process will allow you to continually drive process improvements. Job Overview • Review both individual and team performance on the assigned account and provide recommendations for service improvement to Team Leadership • Monitor and analyze KPI's, SLA's, individual performance metrics, and country specific employment compliance • Enhance overall reporting process • Streamline recruitment efficiency • Ensure North American recruitment process is uniform less any specific legal variances • Focus on the KPI's and metrics that result in hiring valuable employees in the most time efficient cost-effective manner • Korn Ferry point of contact for providing and explaining contractual obligations • Collaborate with respective recruitment managers to understand the analytics that will help continually improve recruitment performance, set challenging and attainable goals for the recruitment teams in line with contractual obligations and distribute workloads based on Recruiter's metrics and individual skills (languages, industry experiences, familiarity with country specific candidate market) • Conduct ongoing quality review checks as per the SLA • Provide client and KF management with ongoing performance updates in understandable, concise, and summarized formats Skills and Experience • Experience and familiarity with recruitment and delivery metrics (ideally within an RPO environment) • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in monitoring and providing feedback in a customer-focused environment • Proven track record of developing and managing measurable and understandable analytics that surpass contractable obligations • Experience working in a service delivery environment and establishing mutually agreeable goals, metrics, and KPI's that will allow Korn Ferry clients to effectively utilize our RPO team • Comfortable presenting analytical reports to senior management • Excellent planning and organizing skills and able to "juggle" responsibilities effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced service environment • Excellent customer relationship skills • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively with client and at all levels and across diverse cultures • Ability to deal with ambiguity; be adaptable and willing to learn • Ability to analyze fairly complex data and develop sound recommendations and solutions • High school diploma required; 4-year degree preferred Korn Ferry may use AI as part of its recruitment process, but all hiring decisions are made by humans.
