• Works under general supervision of the Leisure Activities Manager. Prepares marketing materials for leisure activity programs.
• Discusses and coordinates with Supervisor current and planned activities and events to include arrangements for special programs and related staffing requirements at Alpine Adventures to assure continuous, prompt and courteous customer service.
• Work performance is evaluated in terms of efficient program operations within set standards of quality and politeness and customer satisfaction.
• Provides guests with local information concerning available programs and activities, making individual reservations, answering questions concerning any aspect of operated facilities and providing prompt, courteous service in any area requested.
• Receives payments, issues receipts, documents business transactions, process retail sales, ensures proper internal control procedures on key issue, money transactions, safeguarding of hotel property and guest service are followed.

RequirementsConditions of Employment

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 and a Child Care Tier 1 background investigation is required.
• Must have current health assessment which documents good physical health, freedom from communicable disease IAW current Army.
• Must be available to work Friday - Monday 9:00am until 5:30pm and weekends and holidays.
• Work hours and workdays are subject to change depending on the needs of the department.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications1. Must have or be able to obtain current American Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED training certification within 6 months of hire.
2. Must be able to communicate in English (both written and verbal).
3. Possess and maintain the physical ability to lift and carry 40 pounds, walk, bend and stoop and stand on a routine basis. Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors.Highly Preferred - Do you have RecTrac experience?

PCS Costs

• Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.

Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials

• This is a pay-banded position.
• Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). • Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
