About Us
We’re a high-performing real estate VAS (Virtual Assistant Support) team delivering an exceptional client experience from listing to close. We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to own listing coordination, client communications, and light marketing—starting part-time with growth to full-time.
What You’ll Do
• Manage listing setup & prep (documents, MLS drafts, ShowingTime setup)
• Coordinate photos, cleaners, signage, lockbox installs, and open house hosts
• Update MLS, ShowingTime, and CRM (KW Command) with accurate info
• Send weekly showing feedback & professional seller updates
• Communicate with clients & vendors via email and text
• Create basic marketing materials using templates (Canva / Command Designs)
• Schedule social content (Just Listed / Just Sold, posts & stories)
• Maintain trackers (APC, Notion, Google Sheets)
• Support rentals & tenant comms as needed
What You Bring
• Experience in Real Estate Ops / Listing Mgmt / VA roles
• Knowledge of Command, Dotloop, ShowingTime, MLS (or fast learner)
• Excellent English (written & verbal); professional, polished tone
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through
• Comfort juggling multiple timelines and deadlines

Schedule & Growth
~20–35 hrs/week to start; flexible schedule with some same-day turnaround. Long-term role with room to grow.
