About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our Transaction Coordinator with day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a remote position with a flexible schedule — perfect for a student or anyone looking to gain experience in real estate, marketing, and operations.
No real estate license or prior experience is required — though interest in the field or previous experience is helpful. This role is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry and grow your own knowledge and future career.
Responsibilities
• Assist with organizing and tracking transaction files
• Send follow-up messages and simple client updates
• Upload documents to Dotloop / CRM (training provided)
• Check for missing signatures or forms
• Maintain task lists and deadlines
• Communicate updates to our Transaction Coordinator
Qualifications
• Must be at least 17 years old
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with email, Google Workspace, and basic tech
• Interest in real estate, marketing, or office operations is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
