What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct root cause and other data analysis to enhance service quality
- Perform QA evaluations according to client requirements and provide progress reports
- Serve as the escalation point of contact for process questions and resolutions
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for QA evaluations
- Participate in problem prevention and continuous improvement projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst in a call center
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work from home for 6 months and relocate to Johor Bahru thereafter
- Ability to work on a rotational shift (3 shifts / 5 working days)
