Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QA Test Manager to lead testing strategy, execution, and quality assurance initiatives across projects. This role will oversee QA teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and drive both manual and automated testing efforts within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage QA teams across multiple projects
• Define and implement overall test strategy, plans, and frameworks
• Oversee manual and automation testing efforts
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the SDLC
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams
• Manage test environments, data, and defect tracking processes
• Drive test automation adoption and CI/CD integration
• Monitor testing progress, metrics, and reporting to stakeholders
• Identify risks, gaps, and areas for process improvement
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in QA leadership / test management roles
• Hands-on knowledge of manual and automation testing frameworks
• Experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
• Strong experience in test planning, execution, and defect management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
