The Project Manager, Implementation supports the successful delivery of Knowtion Health solutions by coordinating projects, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring timely, in-scope execution aligned with client expectations. This role leverages structured project management, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive risk mitigation to drive efficient implementations. Additionally, the Project Manager partners with internal teams and clients to facilitate onboarding, support post-go-live stabilization, and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing operations.

The Opportunity:
- Support Implementation Managers and Directors across multiple concurrent client implementations, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are clearly defined and tracked.
- Assist in managing post-go-live stabilization activities to ensure a smooth transition to Delivery/Client Success teams.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring clear, consistent communication.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including implementation plans, SOPs, and client-specific workflows.
- Ensure all implementation artifacts are complete, organized, and aligned with internal standards.
What you bring:
- 1+ years in healthcare, revenue cycle, or related industry.
- 1+ years in client-facing implementation, project coordination, or business operations roles.
- Strong project management fundamentals (timeline management, risk tracking, stakeholder communication).
- Familiarity with healthcare claims/remittance data (837/835) and revenue cycle workflows (working knowledge).
Nice to have:
- Direct experience working with EHRs in a project management or consulting capacity.
