Klue is a company focused on competitive intelligence, and they are seeking a Program Management Associate to drive value and promote client retention. The role involves partnering with clients, managing research programs, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Win-Loss Program Success: You will be a key part in driving the success of our Win-Loss programs
- Interview Recruitment & Outreach: Recruit qualified interview participants through multi-channel outreach (email, social, phone), managing campaigns to hit interview targets and timelines
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Customer Success and internal research teams to support strong client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure programs deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience
- Research Operations & Project Coordination: Coordinate with CSM’s to map, track, and manage project milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Keeping multiple programs organized, moving forward, and aligned with contractual commitments
- Database & Data Management: Maintain and evolve interview and contact databases by organizing, updating, and reporting on leads, opportunities, and program data to support ongoing client updates and analyst workflows
- Data Preparation & Analyst Support: Prepare and organize opportunity and interview data for analyst review, ensuring inputs are clean, structured, and ready for insight generation
- Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and use of AI-driven tools to move faster, reduce friction, and scale research operations efficiently
