Product Manager

MVPRockets is seeking a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity & strong product management background. You'll partner with our head of Produccts to create fantastic products. Responsibilities

• Work with the leadership & manage the entire product roadmap - vision & implementation
• Use data to understand user behaviour, hypothesize and come up with solutions
• Have strong solution skills in translating customer needs to product functionalities
• Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the key partners
• Influence the execution without authority
• Coordinate with the engineering team to plan and deliver features on time
• Stay abreast about the market and competitions
• Act like an owner for the success of your product.

Requirement

• A minimum of 3+ yrs experience in product management
• A people-friendly person with extraordinary organizational and leadership skills
• Prior tech/development experience a huge plus
• MBA or prior startup experience preferred
• Have strong presentation skills
• Ability to think creatively and solve the problem
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with the agile development framework and strong delivery capabilities
• Prior experience working with distributed teams a huge plus
