About your Team
You’ll be part of Adthena’s Product team, working with the very best AI specialists in London. The team members all share a passion for user-centric design and harnessing the power of data to find innovative solutions to customer problems.

Figuring out what we need to build and prioritising when we build it is a core responsibility. This involves ensuring that potential risks are mitigated such as value, feasibility, usability and viability risks.
We believe in a collaborative partnership where Product focuses on customer and business outcomes, while Engineering, Design and Data Science focus on how we get there. Product’s main role in execution is to be the voice of the market and make sure we achieve what we set out to do by being the glue that binds teams together. We communicate the “who, what, why and when” to the company and work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our customers’ success.
What you’ll do at Adthena
As the product Manager of a dedicated team of full stack engineers, you will drive the development of a key area of the Adthena analytics platform, from ideation to execution to launch.
You’ll take responsibility for positive business outcomes, working closely with every discipline to drive the product’s market success.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Contribute to the product vision and direction to achieve the company's key objectives and communicate them to the wider business.
Develop and own the product roadmap, prioritising key focus areas based on user value, business viability, and time to impact.
Product Development & Execution
Gather and prioritise product requirements, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and deliver product features.
Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
Contribute to the product development lifecycle by gathering customer feedback, writing and prioritising user stories, and ensuring customer needs are met through constant iteration.
Be the product owner of a dedicated team of full-stack engineers to execute user stories based on priorities.
Market & Customer Focus
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
Engage in market, competitive, and user research to deeply understand customers’ needs and problems, always representing the voice of the customer.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure product satisfaction.
Take responsibility for ensuring rapid growth as a domain expert in search intelligence, with a deep and growing knowledge of the market, customer problems and technology.
Product Ownership & Performance
Take ownership of objectives and product area, taking responsibility for business and customer outcomes.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Measure and report on user success based on usage statistics, analytics, and feedback.
Collaboration & Innovation
Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ideate and collaborate closely with design, development, and data science to come up with and test innovative solutions to problems that work for our customers and our business.
Industry Awareness
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI, marketing intelligence and SaaS.

Required Experience:
3+ years of product management experience on the full lifecycle of a digital product.
Proven experience conducting market research to understand and clearly articulate market opportunities, competitive analyses, and customer needs or problems.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience building business cases for new products/features to support product decision-making.
Comfortable setting KPIs for product streams and working towards them as success metrics.
Obsessed with customers and the market, with a passion for continuous learning and discovery.
Track record of developing creative and innovative solutions to address unmet customer needs.
A proactive problem-solver
Curious and natural organiser with a strong sense of ownership,
Results-oriented and driven to get things done.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Working experience managing B2B SaaS solutions.
Experience working with data scientists or AI product developers.
Interest in behavioural science.
Passion for machine learning and predictive modelling.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing, either as a practitioner or Product Manager.
