Position: Product Development Coordinator, Beauty Department: Product Development for Revlon, Drybar, Hot Tools, and Curlsmith Work Location: Boston, MA, Hybrid (work 3 days onsite) Hybrid Schedule: At Helen of Troy, we embrace a flexible hybrid work model designed to support collaboration and productivity. For roles eligible for hybrid work, our standard schedule includes in-office collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Any updates to this model will be communicated in advance. Please note that hybrid eligibility and schedules may vary based on business needs and manager expectations. What you will be doing: We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Product Development Coordinator to support the launch of innovative hair appliance products across Helen of Troy's beauty brands, including Revlon, Drybar, Hot Tools, and Curlsmith. This role supports end‑to‑end product development-from concept through commercialization-working closely with cross‑functional partners in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. The ideal candidate brings product development experience within beauty or personal care, strong attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for industry trends and consumer insights. Support product development projects from concept through commercialization, including stage gate preparation and documentation in compliance with Quality Management Processes. Coordinate product submissions, including sample receipt, tracking, product library maintenance, and shipment logistics. Support in product information management and item set up. Partner with Marketing and Program Management to support sell‑in samples and cross‑functional needs. Research and summarize competitive product features and benefits; coordinate performance evaluations and benchmarking. Facilitate consumer product testing and capture structured feedback for development team review. Collaborate with Consumer Insights on data collection and analysis. Support regional market expansions and in‑market product updates. Contribute to brainstorms and innovation discussions with a strong awareness of beauty trends, consumers, and competitive activity. Travel occasionally to other beauty locations for testing and meetings. Skills needed to be successful in this role: Proven experience supporting product development initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Proactive, self‑motivated, and adaptable in a fast‑moving environment Passion for beauty, innovation, and staying current with industry trends Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field 1+ years of product development experience within the personal care or beauty industry Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis In Massachusetts, the standard base pay range for this role is $55,923 - $69,904 annually. This base pay range is specific to Massachusetts and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
