Salary/Position Classification
- $12.25 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
- 15 hours per week
- 100% Remote Work Availability: No
- Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No
Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Sort U.S. and intra-campus mail
- Apply appropriate postage to UND’s outgoing mail
- Utilize various equipment within the Print and Mail Center such as a mail tabbing machine, envelope inserter or postage meter machine
- Assist with receiving packages
- Assist with mail and package deliveries
- Other duties such as mail forwarding and assist in processing large bulk mailings
- Must be able to work independently
- Provide support with a variety of general office tasks and administrative duties
- Assist with projects as assigned - (Essential)
Minimum Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Competently utilize mail and print equipment and related technology
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
