Presales Lead - Data Modernization & Data Platforms

Prodapt is part of the 130-year-old business conglomerate The Jhaver Group, which employs over 32,000 people across 80+ locations globally.   We are looking for a Presales Lead who can lead presales and solutioning for large-scale data modernization and data platform transformation deals across the Americas. Own the end-to-end solution strategy for data warehouse modernization, data platforms, and governance, combining deep technical expertise (Databricks, Snowflake, GCP) with strong business storytelling to win strategic deals. Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end presales for data modernization opportunities including RFPs and strategic pursuits. • Shape large, multi-year transformation deals from data warehouse to lakehouse and AI-ready platforms. • Own solution architecture, costing, and commercial articulation in partnership with sales. • Define legacy data warehouse modernization strategies (Oracle, Teradata, Netezza to modern platforms). • Drive lakehouse transformations, re-platforming, code conversion, and AI-assisted modernization. • Design enterprise data governance frameworks covering quality, lineage, catalog, and privacy. • Build domain-driven data product architectures integrated with modern governance platforms. • Provide architecture leadership across Databricks, Snowflake, and GCP with reference architectures. • Deliver thought leadership through POVs, workshops, and executive advisory engagements. • Collaborate with delivery teams to build reusable assets and mentor presales and architecture teams. Requirements: - 12+ years in Data & Analytics with strong presales experience. - Track record of winning large transformation deals ($5M–$50M+). - Expertise in data warehouse modernization and Lakehouse architectures. - Hands-on exposure to Databricks, Snowflake, and GCP. - Experience with legacy systems (Oracle, Teradata, ETL tools). - Strong ability to translate architecture into business value. - Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred: - Experience in consulting or system integrators. - Exposure to AI/ML integration with data platforms. - Certifications in Databricks, Snowflake, or GCP.
