We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer who is passionate about turning complex data into meaningful, actionable insights. In this full-time role, you will work closely with enterprise-level clients and internal stakeholders to design sophisticated dashboards, architect robust data pipelines, and deliver high-impact visual analytics that support strategic decision-making. You will play a critical role in transforming raw and unstructured data into intuitive visual stories that drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of specialized experience in Power BI dashboard development
- Strong expertise in designing and developing complex Power BI dashboards that translate intricate business requirements into intuitive visual narratives
- Expert-level proficiency in architecting end-to-end ETL pipelines to transform raw data into structured, meaningful insights
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex, performance-optimized queries
- Deep understanding of data modeling, data transformation techniques, and dimensional modeling
- Proven experience in converting unstructured data into structured, analyzable formats through advanced data cleaning and transformation
- Experience working with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake
- Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and performance optimization
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and visualize complex business intelligence requirements
- Experience developing and maintaining robust data visualization solutions that support strategic and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
