Description:
We’re exploring support for brand partnerships tied to a Monterey Car Week event with a focus on automotive, luxury, and lifestyle brands.
This is not a traditional sales role. We’re looking for someone who already has existing relationships and can help facilitate the right introductions, not cold outreach at scale.
Ideal candidates have experience working in brand partnerships, experiential marketing, or sponsorships , either on the brand side or agency side and understand how to navigate conversations at a decision-maker level.
Scope:
• Identify and introduce relevant brand partners
• Support initial conversations and positioning (as needed)
• Advise on partnership approach based on market insight
Ideal Background:
• Experience with automotive, luxury, or lifestyle brands
• Background in partnerships, sponsorships, or experiential marketing
• Existing network of brand-side contacts
• Comfortable working in a flexible, project-based capacity
Structure:
Open to commission-based, hybrid, or project-based structures depending on experience and approach.
