The Partner Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and reporting of partner marketing and field events, ensuring seamless experiences that drive engagement and strengthen partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and reporting of partner marketing and field events including but not limited to in-person events, webinars, trade shows, dinners and happy hours
- Execute logistics across in-person, virtual, and hybrid events including but not limited to venue, catering, attendance management, onsite support
- Partner closely with marketing, partnerships, and sales teams to deliver well-run events that drive engagement and pipeline
- This is an execution-focused role with exposure to partner marketing strategy, vendor management, and post-event performance tracking
- Support the partner managers in tracking partner marketing budget and expenses, processing invoices and payments, inventory for swag and event material
- Ad hoc request to support partner marketing function in general
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, ideally in partnerships or events
- Degree in Marketing or relevant certifications
- Passion for in-person and online events
- Self starter, hungry to learn and proactive
- Detailed oriented, with interpersonal skills and has exposure coordinating events
- End to end experience coordinating in-person and online events such as setup, dry runs, live, post-event follow up
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can adapt to changing priorities
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and the ability to travel across North America
- Experience in B2B SaaS, partner marketing, or willingness to travel occasionally for events
