About the Role
Custom Print Graphics is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Invoicing Assistant to work directly with our Finance Manager supporting invoicing, order review, and administrative workflows. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and keeping systems running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
• Create and review invoices from completed orders
• Verify pricing, quantities, and purchase order details
• Assist with billing workflows in Printavo and QuickBooks Online
• Flag discrepancies or missing information before invoices are sent
• Maintain organized digital records and assist with administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable following structured processes while spotting issues proactively
• Organized, reliable, and solution-focused mindset
• Prior invoicing, admin, or bookkeeping experience preferred
• QuickBooks Online or production/order software experience is a plus
Compensation
Starting at $15.00 per hour, based on experience.
