About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to support outbound sales initiatives. This role is responsible for engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team while adhering to a structured script for a technical product.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls using a provided lead list
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Follow a structured script and messaging framework consistently
- Accurately log all call activities in CRM and tracking tools
- Update call outcomes (e.g., connected, not interested, booked)
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow scripts and structured processes
- Experience using HubSpot (CRM) and Slack
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
