What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the stabilization program following Oracle Fusion ERP go-live, ensuring timely resolution of issues and defects
- Establish governance and processes for tracking, reviewing, and prioritizing enhancement requests
- Coordinate across Oracle ERP Cloud modules to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Manage communications with stakeholders regarding system performance and enhancement roadmaps
- Facilitate regular stabilization status meetings and provide executive-level reporting on program health
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Overall IT experience of 15+ years, with 5+ years as a Project Manager for Oracle Fusion ERP deployments and/or stabilization projects
- Proven experience in managing post-go-live ERP stabilization and enhancement cycles
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud modules and their integration in business processes
- Expertise in governance, program planning, issue triage, and enhancement lifecycle management
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Oracle ERP Cloud-related certification preferred
- Knowledge of Agile and ITIL practices applied to ERP post-go-live environments
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across functional and technical teams, managing multiple parallel workstreams
