Job Description:
• Compare work across sites and teams to identify risks, gaps, or inconsistencies and make recommendations that improve operational efficiency
• Influence outcomes by applying structured thinking, sound judgment, and close partnership with subject matter experts
• Ensure operational practices are clearly defined, well understood, and ready to scale
• Leverage modern tooling, including AI and LLM-based workflows, to accelerate analysis, synthesis, and enablement, with final outputs validated through real-world operational expertise
• Support physical security, regulatory, compliance, and audit readiness through procedural documentation
• Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and guidelines where documentation is the appropriate enablement mechanism
• Support onboarding and training programs by contributing accurate operational content and education materials
• Identify and support other enablement approaches, including training sessions or knowledge-sharing programs, as appropriate
• Partner with subject matter experts to validate enablement materials and proposed improvements
• Ensure operational practices and enablement materials support safety, physical security, regulatory, and audit requirements
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years writing technical documentation, preferably in data center, infrastructure, or operations environments
• Strong track record creating SOPs, runbooks, or operational procedures for technical teams
• Ability to work with SMEs to extract, clarify, and document complex technical processes
• Attention to detail and ability to recognize nuances while maintaining focus on the big picture
• Experience with documentation frameworks, version control, and content management systems
• Understanding of compliance, safety, and audit requirements in operational documentation
