Online Chat Representative – Amazon Store

```Duties```
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat platforms
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to address their questions, concerns, or issues
- Utilize sales techniques such as upselling to promote products or services
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, analyzing customer needs, and offering appropriate solutions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

```Experience```
- Bilingual skills in [languages] are a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
