Position: Social Media & Admin Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, creative, and organized professional who can manage social media, design creatives using Canva, handle company documents, and manage emails and Google Workspace. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design social media posts, flyers, and basic creatives using Canva
• Manage and update company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Create, maintain, and organize company documents, reports, and presentations
• Handle official emails professionally and respond when required
• Manage Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
• Coordinate with the team for daily tasks and follow-ups
• Maintain proper records and ensure smooth office operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduated in any discipline
• Good knowledge of Canva designing
• Experience in social media handling
• Basic understanding of content posting and captions
• Good written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Email communication & Google G Suite
• Well-organized, responsible, and proactive attitude
