We are looking for an experienced Odoo CRM Specialist based in Latin America to take charge of setting up, adjusting, and improving our CRM system. This person will handle everything from the first setup to making ongoing improvements, making sure the system fits our business needs and can grow with us.
The right person has solid technical skills in Odoo and has successfully set up CRM systems before. If you enjoy building easy-to-use customer management tools and making work better through automation and smart setup, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Odoo CRM implementation and customization.
Configure and optimize CRM pipelines, workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reporting.
Customize modules to align with business processes and operational requirements.
Integrate third-party APIs and external systems as needed.
Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements.
Provide structured progress updates and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
