Network Contracting Associate General Counsel

Position Purpose:
Serves as the primary legal advisor to market network teams, providing strategic guidance and legal support on provider contracting matters, including advising negotiators on contract language, legal strategy, and state and federal requirements relating to provider networks. Draft, review and/or negotiate contracts and other documents.











Education/Experience:

Juris Doctor (JD) required

5+ years corporate or health law required required

3+ years managed care/provider contracting experience preferred preferred

Knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid insurance, fraud and abuse laws, state insurance and HMO regulations preferred

Bar Admission and currently in good standing required





Licenses/Certifications:

Juris Doctor requiredPay Range: $182,100.00 - $345,600.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
