Overview:
Building a fully automated operating system for a natural foods grocery store in Illinois with 3 locations and building the platform to scale to locations of 10+. The system uses n8n, Claude API, Airtable, ConnectTeam, and others to replace manual operations with AI agents across 8 departments. This is not a one-off project. I need one person to own the entire technical architecture long-term.
What you'll build:
I have complete contractor spec documents for every component — node-by-node workflow specs, system prompts, Airtable schemas, acceptance criteria. You execute the spec. You don't design the system. This makes your job faster and cleaner.
Engagement structure:
Phase 1 build: 6 weeks, ~15 to 20+ hrs/week, milestone-based payment
Ongoing: 2-4 hrs/week maintenance retainer after build
All code lives in MY GitHub repository
All credentials in MY password vault
You get invited access — never primary ownership of any account
