Responsibilities:
Work warm leads and follow-ups as instructed by our training program.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
Assist in developing relationships with new customers across multiple product lines.
Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with agent to achieve objectives.
Minimum 40 Outbound calls per day.
Qualifications:
Must know State Farm systems.
Must have active P&C and L&H licenses.
Must have a quiet background throughout your working day.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment hitting sales goals.
