We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, proactive team member to support the Fractional Leadership Alliance (FLA) across member operations, communications, marketing/social media and light admin while our current team member is out on maternity leave.
This role is central to creating a smooth, professional experience for both new and current members, and to helping the Leadership Team stay organized and efficient. You’ll work closely with leadership, own key recurring processes, and be a primary point of contact for member questions and logistics.
This is a part-time remote position. We are looking for 5-8 hours per week for a 4 month period starting from mid April.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Member Enquiries
- Watch the emails come in through HubSpot
- Vet applicants and follow application processes
- Manage all communication with applicants, whether accepted or not
- Add new members to FLA systems
2. Current Member Admin
- Respond to emails and member questions
3. Member Meetings
- Help the Leadership Team with meeting organization and communications to members ahead of the meeting
- Attend the meetings where possible
- Send out follow-up emails and save meeting recordings in ClickUp
4. Leadership Meetings
- Touch base on Monday (your time) to discuss the agenda for each meeting
- Attend the meetings
- Action any follow-up items after the meeting
- Save meeting recordings in ClickUp
5. Finance
- Keep Wave up to date
- Check in with Stripe to ensure all payments have been successful
6. Website
- Keep the website running smoothly
- Build and implement any changes as requested
7. Social Media
- Draft social media posts based on Leadership Team suggestions
- Publish posts on agreed channels
8. Newsletter
- Build the newsletter in collaboration with the Leadership Team
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong written communication and responsiveness
- Comfort with tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, and basic website editors (or willingness to learn)
- High attention to detail and follow‑through
- Ability to manage recurring tasks and deadlines with minimal oversight
- A collaborative, service‑oriented mindset
