We are seeking a Data Governance Consultant to join our Data & AI practice. This role supports healthcare clients in designing and implementing scalable data governance frameworks that enable trusted analytics, AI adoption, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess data governance maturity and develop implementation roadmaps
• Design governance frameworks (policies, stewardship models, standards)
• Lead data quality assessments and remediation efforts
• Develop data dictionaries, business glossaries, and metadata standards
• Supporthealthcare data compliance requirements
• Partner with analytics and AI teams to ensure high-quality, governed datasets
• Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder sessions
Qualifications
• Experience in healthcare data governance, analytics, or consulting
• Experience with payer or provider data (EHR, claims, quality, revenue cycle)
• Familiarity with platforms such as Epic Systems, Oracle Health, or MEDITECH
• Experience with governance tools (Collibra, Alation, Informatica) preferred
