Litigation Attorney – Remote Eligible | Up to $175K | California Bar Required| 1400 Billables
A respected California-based firm focused on healthcare and employment litigation is hiring a full-time Litigation Attorney with 3 to 5 years of civil litigation experience.
You’ll take ownership of your caseload while collaborating with attorneys known for their trial experience and long-standing client relationships. This is a direct hire, remote-eligible role with schedule flexibility, meaningful casework, and a reduced billable hour target.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage all phases of litigation, from investigation through resolution
• Draft and respond to written discovery, handle motions, and participate in court appearances
• Represent clients in state and federal court, arbitrations, and administrative hearings
• Collaborate with experienced litigators on strategy and case development
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide practical legal guidance
What You’ll Need:
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with written discovery and case preparation
• Deposition experience preferred, but not required
• Clear judgment, professionalism, and strong communication skills
