## Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Logistical Support:
Coordinate team logistics, including organising meetings, managing team schedules, and handling correspondence.
Format documents, prepare presentation decks, and assist with internal document management.
Manage legal subscriptions, access permissions, and act as the primary point of contact for legal tools and software.
Track and drive completion of key deliverables, follow up on pending action items, and maintain relevant project boards (e.g., Asana).
Documentation & Contract Management:
Develop and maintain team workspaces, archive outdated files, and ensure accurate team documentation.
Support the contract management workflow, including document tracking, version control, and monitoring contract execution.
Create Forum posts and team communications to update the department on ongoing initiatives.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Gather and analyse data in support of legal and finance team initiatives.
Assist with basic financial planning tasks such as data entry, updating financial spreadsheets, and tracking expenses.
Aid in producing simple financial reports for planning and budgeting processes.
Research & Analysis:
Conduct research on blockchain, crypto laws, and regulations, including market trends within the Polkadot ecosystem.
Perform ecosystem research to track industry developments, compile data reports, and analyse trends.
Stay informed on blockchain technology and software development concepts relevant to the role.
