**Key Responsibilities**
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming experience
* Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making purchases
* Making product suggestions and promoting sales to customers
* Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience
* Leading shifts on a regular basis, gaining valuable entry-level management experience

**Physical Requirements**
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
