Savvee Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Public Affairs Specialist to support our federal client remotely. The ideal candidate will manage and track incoming communications requests, support initial triage and coordination, assist with drafting background materials and first‑cut press content. They will provide strong organizational and workflow support to ensure accurate records, on‑time deliverables, and seamless collaboration across the public affairs team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Receiving and logging incoming communications requests.
• Tracking request status, deadlines, and tier assignments.
• Supporting initial triage and routing.
• Assisting mid-level and senior public affairs staff with drafting background materials and first‑cut content.
• Coordinating deliverables across staff and timelines.
• Maintaining intake records and reporting accuracy.
• Providing organizational support to team members.
• Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
• Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING
• Bachelor’s degree
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• One or more years of experience
• Must have the ability to obtain the client’s Public Trust clearance
• Proven knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and hands-on experience applying AI solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A highly motivated self-starter
• Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills
