About the Role
We're on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting project managers in the planning, execution, and completion of projects. Your role will involve coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate software development processes and operational activities to ensure seamless project execution.
- Distribute tasks among team members, facilitate interaction between departments, and coordinate communication between teams.
- Prioritize tasks and requests, determine deadlines, and refine and maintain existing information in task tables.
- Motivate team members and maintain a healthy emotional atmosphere to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage and distribute workload among team members to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Identify and resolve issues quickly to minimize project delays.
- Perform onboarding and setup for new team members to ensure a smooth transition.
- Communicate with users on technical issues to provide timely support and resolution.
- Write task descriptions and bug reports to facilitate clear understanding and effective issue tracking.
- Identify potential problems and initiate discussions to brainstorm optimal solutions.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- No experience or minimal experience (0.5 years) in an IT Project Manager role.
- Confident PC user with knowledge of Excel and Google Drive/Sheets.
- Ability to multitask, combined with a proactive and initiative-taking attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to facilitate effective stakeholder communication.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum processes and technical training in Jira, Moqups, and Figma.
- Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to inform project decisions.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English comprehension to facilitate effective communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to ensure efficient project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Previous experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies beyond Jira, Moqups, and Figma.
